YouTuber Vivek Bindra Arrested For Assaulting Wife; She’s Unable To Hear Properly

According to the FIR, there was an argument between Vivek Bindra’s mother and him that led to the assault. Yanika attempted to step in to resolve the situation, but he dragged her into a room, locked her inside, and severely injured her.

Vivek Bindra’s Wife Yanika Severely Injured

Prominent motivational speaker Vivek Bindra reportedly assaulted his wife just one day after they were married, leading to his arrest in a domestic violence case. On December 6, 2023, Bindra and Yanika got married. Eight days later, a lawsuit was brought against Bindra, claiming he had beaten his recently wed wife.

Vaibhav, Yanika’s brother, filed the case at the Noida Sector 126 police station on December 14. Several IPC provisions, including 323 (voluntarily causing injury), 504 (intentional insult), 427 (mischief causing damage), and 325 (voluntarily causing serious hurt), have been brought against the YouTuber.

Vaibhav said in the lawsuit that Vivek Bindra had physically abused his sister, locked her in a room, and shouted at her, leaving her with injuries all over her body. According to the FIR, the event happened on December 7, the day following the wedding, between 2:30 and 3:00 AM.

The complaint further states that Yanika’s ears have been hurt, leaving her unable to hear clearly. Yanika’s body is covered with wounds, and her hair were pulled out. She is presently receiving medical care at the Kailash Deepak Hospital in Delhi.

Vivek Bindra And Sandeep Maheshwari Controversy

The newest controversy involving Vivek Bindra is this one. He is currently involved in a dispute with well-known YouTuber Sandeep Maheshwari, who claims that Bindra’s courses on entrepreneurship are a pyramid scheme and nothing more than a scam.

In a video that Maheshwari shared, several Bindra’s program participants said that they were not taught entrepreneurship and that instead, they were asked to promote the program to others after enrolling and paying high fees. The young people said that Vivek Bindra’s company, Bada Business Private Limited, had tricked them and that the only way they could get their money back was to trick more people.

On the other hand, Bindra has denied the claims, claiming that Maheswari should have spoken with him before making them public.

In addition, an old video alleging to show Vivek Bindra criticizing Shudras based on caste has also surfaced. In the video, he stated that Shudras are the underclass of society; they are capable of helping others, but they are not suited to be leaders. He had declared that the country would fall apart if Shudras were given power.
